TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
PURCHASE OF NATIVA JEWELS PRODUCTS
Criteria for placing orders:
You can only buy products:
That are available for sale and whose details appear in the Nativa Jewels Online Store;
with delivery in Spain or international shipment, paying in each case the price corresponding to the type of shipment in question;
in case of being a company, self-employed person or distributor in the jewelry and costume jewelery sector with sale to the public with the relevant Social Security registration;
and intended for resale use, either by you or by recipients for whom you purchase the products. Nativa Jewels reserves the right to reject any order at its sole discretion (for example, when it considers that the order in question is out of stock by Nativa Jewels or because the customer is not registered).
The details of the products available for purchase (including their corresponding price) are specified in the Nativa Jewels Online Store. Nativa Jewels will take all reasonable and necessary steps to ensure that all product details, descriptions and prices appearing on the Nativa Jewels Online Store are correct when the information is posted on the Nativa Jewels Online Store. While we will try our best to keep the Nativa Jewels Online Store as up-to-date as possible, the information specified at any given time may not always reflect the exact situation when you place an order.
PLACEMENT OF PRODUCT PURCHASE ORDERS AND CONCLUSION OF THE PURCHASE CONTRACT:
Nativa Jewels will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your product order, which does not constitute automatic acceptance by us of your order.
In the event that the order meets the aforementioned requirements, Nativa Jewels will send you a second e-mail confirming that the products you have requested will be or have been sent to you.
In the event that the order does not meet the requirements, Nativa Jewels will notify you by e-mail.
You and Nativa Jewels will have entered into a contract for the sale of the products requested by you once we have sent you the Order Shipping e-mail and in any case, however, when you receive the aforementioned products.
The contract of sale may be concluded in Spanish.
Nativa Jewels may, at its sole discretion, refuse to process the order, or be unable to proceed with such processing, in the following cases, without limitation:
When the product requested by you has ceased to be manufactured or is not available;
When the marketing entity of your credit or debit card does not authorize the payment of the purchase price;
When you do not meet the criteria for placing orders specified at the beginning of this section.
