All NATIVA JEWELS wholesale orders are made by hand one by one. For this reason, the order processing time will be 1-2. In times of high volumes of work (sales, Christmas, Black Friday...), the shipment of the order could be delayed up to 7 days.
Shipping time is added to the processing time:
PENINSULA AND PORTUGAL: Shipping 24/48 hours with Nacex once the order has been processed.

NON-PENINSULAR Spain (Balears and Canary Islands) will be sent through the CORREOS EXPRESS agency. Delivery time: 4-7 business days
Price: €3.90. FREE ON ORDERS + €60
EUROPE: will be accepted and shipped with UPS (Mailboxes) and registered letter. Delivery time: 4-7 business days.
Price: 24.90€ FREE ON ORDERS +200€
CANADA AND EEUU
Price: 29.90€ FREE ON ORDERS + 300€
INTERNATIONAL (Rest of the world)
Price: €36.90. Free on orders +300€
Exceptionally, and for reasons beyond Nativa Jewels Online Shop, if shipments take longer than the indicated periods, the customer will contact THE HOLDER by email (email@example.com) to review the order number and if necessary make a claim to the shipping agency.
Returns will not be accepted except for a defect of origin. In the event of returning items, this must be notified within 24 hours of receiving them, and the direct cost of returning the good or service will be assumed by the customer as stated in the LGCU.
